Gallery # 22 Misc. Birds

I’m sure that most people in the Country has realized that we are having a harsh Winter, affecting agriculture and regular natural events. One of the reasons that this season is more limited in current backyard visitors, compared to previous years. I see less bird variety and less activity at the feeders.

My new deck was just finished building, part of my new plans to have a better post where to set myself up and shoot pictures. I will be separating feeders from bird houses and some other improvements.

Gallery # 21 – High Falls, Ga.

Today Lucy and I drove to High Falls Park in Jackson, Ga. We knew that the rivers are now running full so we decided to make a visit to this park. It’s our second time. We had a great sunny day and we took lots of pictures. The gallery I display today shows some geese that we found in that area. I also included a couple of landscape photos. I hope that you’ll like them.

Gallery # 20

Here are some of my latest visitors to my feeders, the weather has been kind of harsh ( Cold, windy) for anybody even for birds. I’m sorry for taking long to update my blog. 🙂

Gallery # 19

I had six different visitors  lately that I’m showing in this gallery. The fact that the weather is getting colder I believe is preventing the birds to hang around a bit longer. They are not frequenting the feeder as much. Once in a while some birds show up and eat but not for very long. Here are some of the latest visitors.
