    • Both sexes look the same, jjuveniles are different. If you notice, this bird is an adult, why? because the beak is yellow. Most starlings look black from afar but they have multicolor plumage when near. Thank you, Jane, 🙂

    • Exactly! with feathers it’s very difficult to know exact colors. All depends on the refraction of light and the way the feather is constructed. Thanks, Ashley. 🙂

    • They are called murmurations, they could amount to thousands of birds and fly around synchronizing forming amazing forms. Thanks, D. 🙂
