Just yesterday I came across a flock of white ibis feeding — on the lawn of the assisted living facility across the street! It’s always fun to see how easily they adapt and ‘follow the food.’
Ibis are mostly friendly and used to be among humans, they go where the food is! That for sure!. Thank you, Linda. It’s always a pleasure to have you visit. 🙂

It would be nice to see a White Ibis cross the Atlantic!
That’s the reason why I post these pictures. for people that have never seen one. Thank you, John. 🙂

Thanks so much, Tom. 🙂
A beautiful array of pure white birds HJ. I always find these birds difficult to photograph in our very bright sunlight, you have done excellently.
I have no problem. use a lens hood, it will solve the problem. Thanks you, Ashley. 🙂
If I see correctly, your colours are changing slightly where you live. I enjoyed the photos.
Here in Florida everything is green, especially in Ocala. Thanks, Jane. 🙂
These birds’ snowy & showy plumage really makes them stand out! Beautiful images, H.J!
