Photography of Birds – Set # 21
Set # 21
This Great Grebe is the largest species of grebe in the world. A disjunct population exists in northwestern Peru, while the main distribution is from extreme southeastern Brazil to Patagonia and central Chile.
These Franklin’s Gulls were flying low, parallel to the breaking waves. It called my attention and I shot a picture of the scene.
Thank you, Jane. 🙂
Wonderful to see the great grebe, HJ, and the Franklin’s Gull photo is excellent.
