Just yesterday I noticed some great flocks of grackles congregating on the power lines. It’s migration season, for sure. Occasionally, thousands of them will commandeer a local grocery store parking lot — so many that nearly everyone stops to watch them, and marvel at the sight.

Your beautifully composed picture reminds me of the flocks of starlings pestering people at picnic spots in some of our game reserves!
