What’s Up? Some Changes…

Some Changes…

To ALL my dear friends. Today, as you  have obviously noticed, there is a great change done to my blog’s theme. I hope that you’ll get to like it.

The  decision  to make this change has several reasons. I want to give more  to my readers in the form of better photography, I will pick my best photos from my ample archives and present them to you.

There’s another change, I will post only 4 days per week. I’ve picked the following days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays.

The reason I decided for posting less days is mainly that I’ve been doing too many things in a daily basis for so long that I need to slow down a bit and have time for my obligations. as I explained previously, Photography and the Birds are my hobby, not my profession but I’ll manage the situation if I have a few free days weekly.

I love whatever I do, if I didn’t I wouldn’t do it!.

I’m counting on your cooperation in a way of any suggestions or your honest comments about my new changes. I thank you sincerely in advance for your help. ~ H.J.

European Starling feeding its new fledgeling, the little chick is demanding for food impatiently! I commend the parent for the job well done. What do you think?

This is my son Tyler, at a Library Show about birds. He was happy to be in touch with exotic birds. He got along well with these birds ( See the one nibbling his ear) Tyler didn’t mind at all. What do you think?

    • Thank you Chris! He loves birds too, he’s not afraid of them. Tyler started Camp this morning, he’ll have a ball with so many children his age! I need a bit of feedback about my new theme only if you have time. Email me, please. 🙂

  1. I have limited vision so this particular template (dark with small text) is very difficult to read, but I can still enjoy the pictures. And don’t be stressed about the frequency of posts. Twice a week is more than sufficient, or less if you have obligations. The blog will still be there.

    • I’m sorry David about your vision.I don’t write much anyway. But the photos will do the trick. Thank you! 🙂

  2. I also like the new look of your blog, H. J. I think it’s great if kids get some early exposure to wildlife. It will stimulate their interest and curiosity, and, it is hoped, turn them into guardians of nature.

  3. Looking good! Well done for taking the decision to ratchet down the posting rate. I started with 4 posts pw, then 3, now 2 (unless something special turns up). Otherwise, however enjoyable, a blog rules your life… RH

  4. Tyler is so lucky to have you and the birds. The birds already love him. … I like the layout! Great to see a starling feeding its young as I used to see them a little later when they were trying to wean the beggars. Scaling back – I understand perfectly. I am barely able to keep up with one post a week and I thought I’d be doing two. Looking forward to seeing more of Tyler. 🙂

    • He does love the birds, he’s not afraid of them. Last year he made a special project about the life cycle of birds with presentation in class, later his teacher picked him to do the presentation for all the teachers and Principal. He was awarded a special diploma at the end of School Tear! Thank you Lisa. 🙂
