I really do like those brown-headed cowbirds. I didn’t realize they can be as iridescent as the grackles, which I think are handsome as can be.

In my notification box the images appeared full-sized. New visitors may not know to click on each image for enlarged view. I didn’t know when I first visited this site, and really didn’t appreciate the quality of work until I figured it out. Not all photo blogs are linked to media files so click to enlarge is not enabled. Visitors who don’t see these images in expanded view are really missing out.
