One of my favorites. I am fortunate enough to live close to a nature preserve where the herons aren’t so worried about humans and they come very close. Spectacular birds to view and watch!
The GBHs are a beauty to photograph because they are slow to move and large in size compared to most of birds. You are quite fortunate to live close to a preserve, for me it takes many hours of driving. Thank you for sharing. 🙂
