What’s Up? – Decided to Stay…
Decided to stay… (Written on Jan 31, 2018)
Remember when I wrote about some Pine Warblers were visiting my feeders but usually stay for a couple of days and then leave. Well, one of them stayed and it has been four weeks since. I wonder why he decided to stay. He might have loved the set-up, easy food and a friendly backyard. Although being friendly I know a Hawk have been seen circling around the area. A couple of squirrels have been eating from the feeders but none of the two is “Nutcase”
The weather is dry right now but still very cold for comfort. This morning at 7:00 was 26º F and breezy, the windchill factor makes it feel colder.
