What a treat to see the Little Blue Heron, HJ. I don’t see them very often, and they are so beautiful. The blues and greens here really bring out the bird’s beauty, and the reflection is an extra bonus.
These birds are more abundant in Florida, where I shot this photo. Although they are obviously blue when adults, they are white when juvenile, looking very much like Snowy Egrets…(to know the difference is on the legs!) Thank you my friend, stay away from fires! 🙂
