Here and There
Although we are approaching the end of Summer, we still get weather temperatures in the high 90ºs. Early mornings are cooler than before but as soon as the sun rises so is the temperature and stays hot for most of the day.
My birds are almost done with their molting period and still visit the feeders daily. The colors of the leaves on some types of trees have begun to change, showing another sign that the weather might make a drastic change…soon.
This year we have paid a fortune for our electric power consumption due to the AC system, in fact it’s the highest in 11 years!
