I love the Brown Pelican, and just recently realized how brilliant the European Starlings are – your image really shows off their wonderful colors. Even though I didn’t get any good photos myself, several birder friends shared some great shots of our recent European Starling visitors.
Your complimentary colours in the first are quite amazing! We have pelicans, but not brown ones. Ours are white with some black. I even think our starling looks different from yours!
