Ooooooh, that Muscovy duck is wonderful! I can’t decide if it’s “beautiful” or “cute”. 🙂 I don’t know why but ducks always make me feel like giving them a hug. Silly, I know, since they wouldn’t stand for that very well! LOL Must be my profession as a preschool teacher – I read too many storybooks with anthropomorphized animals. haha
See that comment immediately above ? from novelwriter ? What she said: I want to HUG them duckywuckies !!! And this beauty definitely needs hugging; just think of being able to walk about holding her under one’s arm and introducing her to passers-by … Sighh …She really is a little bee-yooty ! And for that matter, so is the goldfinch ! 🙂
HJ ! – I cannot recall one single bird you have shown us via your amazing lenses that cannot be truthfully called “pretty” !!!!!
I use the same criteria for my Photography that I use for my painting, I compose my shots and pick the shots that display the intention of the action of the subject. A photo is a still image but with people or animals you can capture the intention of the movement. Not to look like an inanimate object but a live one! I hope you understand what I mean. 🙂
Beautiful pic, even its palmate can be seen……. 🙂
Thank you Veda! 🙂
Wow, the Duck and Goldfinch are amazing.. 🙂

I like the way you place two photos together. Lots of things to compare and contrast between them
Thanks Clare! Don’t worry I usually edit some of the typos for my friends. 🙂
Thank-you for that!
Sorry, mistype. I meant to say place not pace!
Never mind Clare I had edited already! 🙂
You take such good pictures, it is a delight to the eyes to look at them.
Thanks Susan, you’re very kind. 🙂
