Couples

It is so interesting to watch birds and take pictures but it’s even more so them after have found their mates and are couples, then you can see how dedicated to each other they become. Right from the very start of  the courtship, mating, finding of a suitable place to build their nest, the laying of eggs, the incubation, the hatching, the fledging of the new birds and hence the continuation of the species. All these steps of the process are simply fascinating!

I’ve observed with deep admiration the behavior of the new parents (birds), the total dedication to their new family safety and nurture  right to the moment when they are able and strong enough continue the learned steps for survival from their parents and therefore be themselves independent.

The behavior learned from birds  versus human behavior toward parenthood pales in comparison!

It takes only minutes to see this by reading the news daily! It’s a shame!

    • Perhaps we should learn from them, they’re descendants of creatures that roamed the world millions of years before us! Thanks M-R! 🙂
