Once in Venezuela we had leaf-cutter ants carrying off bits of cheese (cheese-cutter ants) but I never saw anything like this! Cute although I don’t think the fungus could appreciate it. 🙂

    Yeah, I’ve been there too. But the leaf-cutters luckily are only interested in, well, leaves and cheese maybe.
