On The Fritz!

Besides the strong winds, snow flurries recurring colder temperatures caused by the vortex frigid air coming from the Arctic and my long lasting cold _normally I’d say all is well but it’s not!

My newest computer went on the fritz! That computer is holding my latest archives and it’s my connection to the auxiliary drive. I’m actually using my other laptop to post today. I can still upload to WordPress but without pictures and only what I had on draft for my blogs. My Avian 101 Blog will be pictureless for a few days, of course that could change If the weather permits and I could try shooting some new pictures.

I took my MacBookPro to the Mac Technical Service for repair, they will call me as soon as they have a result.

I’m paying an extra $99.00 to have a total back-up done before any repairs are made.

Oh no HJ, hope everyone and the computer get well real soon! I am not a happy person when my laptop is having issues, my son gets a phone call immediately and hears me crying lol. I’m lucky & thankful he’s a smartie with computers & can fix my problems. Hope the tech is easy on your wallet! Stay warm too I know you’re getting cold temps; we got 5″ snow last night & I am right now at 11 degrees, wind chill -11 degrees on the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland! It is so bitter, I’m in for the day with a pile of office work. Hubby went to office to plow 9″ snow out of our building parking lot, he’s good he’s got an enclosed heated cab. 🙂

I live North West in Georgia and the weather is crazy here also, yesterday we had very strong winds and the temperature dropped very rapidly, last night at bedtime was 12 degrees and was getting lower overnight!

Have you tried cloud backup?. Google. Microsoft and others offer it for free to have all your media always available. Good luck with the repair! 🙂
