Busy Vacations
This post is about instances occurred during my short vacation to Florida. Let me explain to you that my vacations are always very intense when it comes to activities. I love to get up early and have a busy day and evening. I’m a person that plan ahead my day. For example: We(include my wife and kid) get up and have a 6:00 a.m. breakfast at the hotel and we set off to any bird hot spot for pictures, usually stay there until noon and then we return to the hotel and get changed to beach attire and beach gear. We drive to any desired beach and while my wife and kid enjoy the sun, sand and water, I take a stroll on the beach, camera ready and head in direction to any bird on sight.
Later, when I’m done with my photography I set to enjoy the ocean water, play on the sand and have great family fun on the beach. Once we had enough sunshine, sand, etc. We return to the hotel, shower, change and go out for lunch. Usually near a place with great ocean sight or attractive surroundings.
After our meal we take a stroll in the park, pier, dock etc. By then is near sunset and we enjoy that beautiful moment as always.
We return to the hotel to rest a while and then later go out to find a good place to eat some ice cream! After the sweet refreshing dessert we return to the hotel and go to sleep. That’s our typical vacation day!

At the beach you never know what birds you might find, I found several such as the small Sanderlings, rushing back and forth at the edge of the surf, inserting their bills in the wet sand hunting for invertebrates.

It is very entertaining to see these pretty birds!
More entertaining than seeing a guy holding a camera running after them? You would have a laugh attack! Thing that I do for the birds…thank you Carmen! 🙂
