Small World
These days, a lot of my attention is on observing and getting shots of the Ruby-throated Hummingbirds visiting and most likely residing in my backyard perimeter. I’m almost positive that there are 5 individuals. For the past week they have been playing games of “tag” all day long, now I believe that those games were just courtship games. I have photos of at least one couple that hang out together and look very romantic. I’ve been honing my photo skills and I’m getting much better results. The time of the day is also very important also. Once the weather turns to cooler mode the amount of birds will decrease and there will be less subjects to base my blogging on. Let’s hope that I will get enough local birds to photograph.
Is there any doubt that they are romantic?
