ah! amazing birds!!! Birds are definitively less colorful in France than they are where you live! The most colorful bird I’ve ever seen in my garden is a “pivert” (green woodpecker) http://www.oiseaux.net/oiseaux/pic.vert.html – unfortunalety there are quite rare. These fabulous blue and yellow birds are so beautiful! We have blue jays but they are not as “blue” as yours 🙂
