If you were where Inca Terns may be found (wherever precisely that is), you must have been quite a long way… Hope you had a good time. RH
That picture I shot it on March 2013 in Peru, these pictures are not from my recent trip. I did have a good time, thank you! 🙂
Stunning! I hope you had a marvelous get-away!
This post I prepared before I left for vacation, new photos from my vacation will come soon! We did get a good R&R. Thank you Amy! 🙂
Looking forward to it!
Great shots! Thanks for warming me up with the Inca Tern and the Greater Flamingo. 🙂
When I left home the temperature was mid 80’s when I returned a week later it was a bit over 30 degrees! It feels more like winter! Thanks Lisa! 🙂
Note: Try not to be outdoors too long.
Oh wow I didn’t realize the fingers of the frozen north reached down that far. Yeah, we were in the 20’s overnight but now it is beautiful outside (well, 50’s, sunny), at least for a few days…there is hope!
Wonderful creatures!. How varied, special and striking their individual beuty is. The Inca Tern is regal, you must have seen incredible birds in Perú. Welcome back, HJ!
I was in Peru on March, this last vacation was in West Florida. As you say the Inca Tern is strikingly beautiful. Thanks Carmen! 🙂
