ABC Award
When I started my Blog, Avian101 it was a kind of an experiment project. Since I’ve been fond of birds always but I had never gone further that taking pictures of them. Blogging gave me the opportunity to do something more with the photographs and thus my interest for birds grew day by day. Reading books and internet searching gave me the tools that I needed to pursue a new niche in my life. My commitment to birds has taken me beyond my backyard. The world is my backyard!
I’ve received a nomination for the ABC Award (Awesome Blog Content) from my good blog friend, Donna Wadsley. She is a dedicated and hard working lady in Chesapeak Bay. Her blog is a fantastic source of information about Ospreys and other birds from her area.

Ooops. I guess I should do something, right? lol
Is there a list somewhere so we don’t nominate someone who has already been nominated? That’s the only problem with these types of things.
It’s not mandatory or anything, it’s a way to promote a bit of communication amongst bloggers. I was nominated before, I wasn’t ready!
I’m not so much of a “like” person. There’s no fun on it. The best thing is what we’re doing right now: Communicating and learning!
I try to leave one comment for every two likes, at least. There is one blog that I follow that doesn’t allow comments on any blog posts. It’s so frustrating to want to say something but not be able to.
