Description:
Plump body and long tailed, with short legs, small bill and a head that looks particularly small in comparison to the body.
Mourning Doves are are a delicate brown to buffy-tan overall, with black spots on wings and black bordered white tips to the tail feathers.
Their habitat: They live nearly averywhere except deep woods, they are ground feeders and always form pairs or groups, never feed alone.
